What's Included: ~ Check-In Chat The session begins with a check in to see how you are feeling and your overall energy going into our time together. ~ Chakra Cards Oracle Reading & Crystal Recommendations Energy is fluid, as are you, so each session can uncover various things. An oracle card reading and recommendations are made based on what's shared during the check in. Our chakras go in and out of balance and so working with different crystals and colours are recommended to help bring you more into balance. ~ Advice & Guidance Other recommendations to help you move forward can often times be sound healing, deep breathing, literature or other modalities that speak to you, *Payment must be received prior to session* *You can opt to complete this session with the camera off during the Zoom call if that is more comfortable*
