Welcome

 I'm glad you're here. You'll always be welcome in this space to be who you are, without judgment. I'm Jennifer, a Canadian who is a passionate football fan and an eternal optimist. I also love a good nap. I might drink too much Diet Coke and I am always ready for road trips with no destination. Slow mornings, quiet evenings and daily conversations with my neighborhood crows round out some of my favorite things. On Sundays you'll find me cheering for the New York Giants and I’m usually joined by my Newfoundland Poodle, Maisie, who also loves to steal the spotlight with her surprise appearances on our Zoom sessions.  

Life may not be exactly as you had hoped it would be, and that's ok, there's a reason for everything. With a touch of humor and a wealth of real-life experiences, I'm here to help guide you on your journey of self discovery and ascension. Together, we'll explore the magic in your possibilities and carve out a path that feels authentic to you. My approach is grounded, creative and open. I don't live in a fantasy land, I live in reality with you. Life is challenging, no question. But it doesn't always have to be. When we realize it's all happening FOR us, instead of TO us, watch out.
